Drunken Cops?

In Alabama, we know they have suddenly become drunk with power since they took our highways from us. Nationally, they don’t want you to know if they are drinking on the job, though. It’s “not the business of we ‘mere citizens’” to know if a police officer was intoxicated when he or she used deadly force, though.
