Housekeeping notes
November 27th, 2007 by Steve
BlogNetNews has a new website toy available. I’ve put it on the sidebar for a while to see how it works. According to them (cough, cough — I don’t write about state issues all that often), this site is the 5th most influential poliblog in Alabama. The superior blogs (listed below) are on my daily reading list, so there may be some merit to their rating system.
| Rank | Blog | Prev |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Flashpoint | 12 |
| 2 | Doc’s Political Parlor | 3 |
| 3 | Daily Dixie | 1 |
| 4 | Birmingham Blues | 4 |
It’s also worth noting that three of the current top five are somewhat libertarian sites. From the e-mail they just sent out:
Our rankings come from data provided in your RSS feeds, data from the activity of readers on BlogNetNews.com and data about Internet traffic from third parties. Each Sunday morning at 12:01 AM, BNN will release a new top 20 list of the blogs most powerfully shaping opinion in the Alabama blogosphere.
