Ron Paul on Meet the Press/Donderoooooooo Alert

December 23rd, 2007 by Steve

Dave Weigel liveblogged Ron Paul Tim Russert’s interview of Ron Paul on Meet the Press. Tex McRae has the YouTube links.

Frequent site commenter Eric Dondero popped up. Here’s Weigel’s description:

10:41: Eric Dondero! Russert quotes Hit and Run’s #1 superstar and asks if his claim about Paul’s surrender-monkeyism after 9/11 is true. “I’m surprised you’d quote somebody like that. He’s a disgruntled former employee.”

    HAHAHA I’m famous now. I am soooo going to get a cabinet job in the libertarian utopia of a Guliani administration.

    Yeah… I had a little different description of him a few months ago when declared for Ron Paul’s congressional seat. At this point, I must admit - I find Eric Dondero to be enormously entertaining. I think he is personally responsible for more belly laughs (both his comments and the even funnier reactions in the libertarian blogosphere) than anyone else this electoral season. We all owe him a debt of gratitude.

    Eric;

    Giuliani is on the way out. He’s only slightly more viable than Fred Thompson and Duncan Hunter.
