Ron Paul’s a Fag…
December 23rd, 2007 by Steve
…according to this logic, at least. At issue are allegations that Ron Paul is racist because his campaign didn’t return a $500 donation made by an alleged white supremacist. Writes disenter:
Using the logic of the Neocon smear machine (1, 2), Ron Paul is now a certified homosexual! That’s right, this is groundbreaking news exclusively from disinter.
I am gay. My boyfriend and I have both donated the maximum $2,300 to Ron Paul’s campaign, and can you believe it? He hasn’t returned the money! So there you have it folks, there is now no question that since Ron Paul accepted money from not one, but two (gasp!), homosexuals that he is, indeed, a flaming fag. I don’t think he has the drag-queen thing down quite yet though, perhaps Fruity Rudy can help him in the department.
I’ve spent the night at disenter’s house (he comments on this site from time to time) before and I knew he was gay for some time — but I’m glad to see him come out of the Internet closet to make a valid point on this issue. (To make it clear to Huckabee supporters, the experience didn’t make me want to do naughty things with other men. BTW, this will be truly shocking: We also drank alcohol that night. They were perfectly hospitable hosts and very decent people.)
Where does it end? I’m certain that Paul has received donations from Roman Catholics (and even Mormons). Does this make him Catholic or Mormon?
He’s certainly received donations from accountants and agnostics? Does this make Ron Paul an accountant or an agnostic?
Bricklayers and bureaucrats? Card players and cads? Democrats and dominatrices? Eggheads and egalitarians? French speakers and french kissers? Gamblers and gynecologists? Housewives and homeschoolers? Inventors and idiots? Janitors and jailors? Kansans and kinesiologists? Libertarians and lumberjacks? Mothers and musicians? Nannies and neoconservatives (well, I think we can rule this one out)? Oboists and Oklahomans? Psychiatrists and philanthropists? Queers and quail hunters? Republicans and reactionaries? Soldiers and sailors? Theologans and taxi drivers? Undertakers and underwear salespeople? Video game developers and varmint hunters? Waiters and welders? Xylophonists and X-ray techs? Yoga instructors and yodelers? Zoologists and Zeppelin fans?
Arguments that Ron Paul should return that particular campaign donation are invalidated unless Paul is also to give back campaign donations to members of each religion he doesn’t observe, to people in professions he hasn’t pursued, people who play musical instruments he has practiced, people of political parties he hasn’t supported, people who engage in sexual activities of which he has no interest, and so on.

There are pictures of Ron Paul, LP life member and Presidential candidate, with Nazi Strormtrooper Don Black on the internet! Some current and former LP members and Ron Paul supporters are also openly gay!! The LP even once ran a Druid for Governor of California, and Bible Believing Christians (TM) know druids and pagans are satanic!!! OMG Teh Libertarianz ‘R’ just a bunch of gay nazi satanists!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(Sorry, forgot to leave CAPS LOCK on).

Any truth to the rumor by top placed inside sources that Ron Paul is a closet member of the Libertarian National Socialist Green Party?
Since we have now “proved” both the libertarian and nazi parts, all that remains is Green. And I’m sure that will come out any day now.
In fact, wasn’t Ron Paul double dating Cynthia McKinney together with Lew Rockwell and Cindy Sheehan? I bet they didn’t know there was a camera pointed at the hot tub, did they?

Actually, Rudy Giuliani has already endorsed Ron Paul, so maybe you can hope for the cross-dressing issue to be raised in the future.

Great Stuff! The MSM’s mock horror at Paul keeping the money he received from the white supremacists just sickens me. The rest of the Republican candidates are BOUGHT & SOLD by special interests… trying to smear the one guy who can’t be bought by who contributes to him? These people are just so used to playing children’s games. They are used to playing political games at that Britney Spears sort of level. There’s no depth to it. They can’t deal with logic & reason very well.

It’s cold here in Chicagoland and I am freezing… I guess Ron Paul is freezing too. Poor guy.

Well, Steve, I gave money to Ron Paul and even ride around with a Ron Paul sticker on my car. I am a Baptist preacher. Maybe Ron Paul is a Baptist.
Actually, a Lew Rockwell article called him a Baptist, but most say he is a non-denominational Protestant who had his children baptized in an Episcopal Church. Frankly, I don’t care. We are not calling a pastor, we are electing a President and Ron Paul believes in the US Constitution.
Huckabee may preach like me on Sunday, but his views on our nation are not my views.

This whole thread has missed a very important point.
I contributed to Ron Paul and I’m a jerk from Texas and Ron Paul hasn’t returned my contribution.
Therefore, it’s clear, Ron Paul is obviously a jerk from Texas.
Chris Bennett wrote on 12/24/07 at 11:20 am :
One contribution from a contributor does not taint a campaign. If I had gotten a check from Farrakhan, I would politely return it.

Gordon, Gordon, Gordon. I am sure you never intended the title Ron Paul’s a Fag, to attract anyone’s attention, ;-) but I just had to post a link on Freedom’s Phoenix after I stopped laughing. The comments are worth it too.

Point of Fact:
Apparently, the Libertarian Party once ran a Nazi too for Governor of Delaware. It was back in the early 1990s. Story goes that a nice older gentlemanly lookin’ fella came to a DLP meeting with only 12 other people there. It was the meeting they were deciding who to run for what. And they needed candidates. They thought the guy looked distinguished so they asked him if he’d put his name down for Governor. He said “sure.” Meeting ends. Everyone happy.
Then a couple weeks later, all sorts of TV commercials start appearing on Philly and Wilmington stations with a Nazi Guy in front of a Swaztika flag, with big bold letters on the Screen “Vote So and So, Libertarian for Delaware Governor.”
I’ve been trying to confirm this story for years. It’s possible it’s an insider LP “urban legend.” But I remember many people repeating it in the late 1980s.
Does anyone else remember this story at all?
I’ve checked past LP News issues and can’t find anything. But of course, they wouldn’t cover it.
And the Delaware LP folks are all Newbies, not a one of them is an oldtimer in the LP to check with.

Sometimes I scratch my rear-end. I have donated $2300 to Ron Paul, and he didn’t return the donation. Ron Paul must scratch his rear-end.

Outstanding! Kudos for “best-use-of-logic.”
Whether he wins or loses, is president or is assassinated…at least people have awakened and realized their potential to affect change.
Merry Christmas (Or Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, etc. ad nauseum)

p.s. To be honest, after reading the title…I at least expected to see a photoshopped picture of Glenn Beck open mouth kissing RP.
Steve wrote on 12/24/07 at 6:36 pm :
John,
I agree, we are electing a President, not a spiritual leader.
Additionally, I’m having sincere problems understanding people who believe non-defensive actions against folks in Iraq are identified with “love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance.”
I’m wonder how these folks can accept torture as an act one loving one’s neighbor.
I’m wondering why Huckabee has to defer to McCain on whether torture is appropriate or not — hasn’t he his own moral compass? Especially on such an obvious issue as this.

Lets hope for 2008 we learned a big lesson from 2000, 09/11/01 and 2004. If we elect a President based on religion, as well as abortion, gay rights, and family values, then were all screwed and expect WW3 to break out within 12 months of such an election. JMHO.
Mike wrote on 12/25/07 at 12:39 pm :
Think about the pro-lifers who elected and re-elected a “pro-life” President who let 9-11 happen and having 1000’s of people killed in the Middle East. Same with those who kill in the name of their religious beliefs, or blow up abortion clinics and kill the people inside. I too cannot understand their way of thinking and why they cant walk the walk. They cant keep thier mouths shut about how their religious beliefs but they certainly cant put their words in action. Theyre just as bad and dangerous as the Taliban.

I think candidates ought to keep contributions made to them. The alleged ‘white supremacist’ turns out to be a Jewish ’semetic supremacist’ just trying to make Ron Paul lose voters. They would likely use the same tactic on some other candidate if it had worked as intended on Ron Paul. White voters will get tired of hearing this ‘white supremacist’ whine & cast their votes for whichever candidates got the white supremacist’s contribution.
